3. Our Services

We provide takeaways with their own branded ordering website. Clients pay a one-time setup fee and agree to a 7.5% commission on all orders for the first 24 months. After 24 months, clients take full ownership with no further commission. ⸻

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and designs on this website belong to OrderGuard or its licensors. Clients retain ownership of their own brand, logos, and menu data. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any material without permission. ⸻

5. Payments and Fees

• Setup Fee: £199 (non-refundable)

• Commission: 7.5% of all online sales processed through the website for the first 24 months

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate banking details for commission disbursement. ⸻

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Clients can cancel their services at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the setup fee. ⸻

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website. OrderGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services. ⸻
